The swiveling device is made in a form of a chain consisting of alternating narrow 1 and wide 2 links of the box-shaped form, which are coupled together with a geometric closure and from a straight extended position can be rotated with respect to each other only in one direction, and other directions form a rigid conduit. Each narrow link 1 consists of a ring 3, on the perimeter of which a groove 4 is formed, bounded by protrusions 5 and 6, which is divided into two sections 4.-1 and 4.2 by a boundary ring 7 installed in the middle plane. The sections 4.1 and 4.2 of the grooves have a different width , and the sides have a conical shape. The projections 5 and 6 define an angle that defines the radius of curvature of the bend. A change in the radius of curvature is possible by simple reception — some increase in the width of the projections 5 and 6 (dashed lines in FIG. 4). Each wide link 2 (Fig. 5) consists of two open and-shaped parts 8.1 and 8.2, the joints of which are located on both sides of the mid-plane of the bend. Parts 8.1 and 8.2 of link 2 have inwardly protrusions 9, which are located in grooves 4.1 and 4.2 of narrow link 1. Holes can be made in the sides of parts 8.1 and 8.2 to ventilate the interior. Both parts 8.1 and 8.2 of the wide link 2 can also be extruded under pressure from plastic. With this arrangement, grooves 13 are provided in the protrusions Zb of narrow links, into which a jumper 14 enters, having on the inside of parts 8.1 and 8.2 of wide links 2. Both parts 8.1 and 8.2 of the wide links 2, made of plastic, are interconnected by means of a snap connection, which consists of a recess 15, made at one end, and a hook 16 at the other.
